FET  recommend using a dedicated IP connection for calls rather than VoIP, and standard Broadband for data.

FET offers a Hosted IP Telephony Service with all the features of a normal system, plus a lot more besides.

With a Hosted IP Telephony System from FET you buy or rent the handsets, and then add only the services that you require.

There is no expensive telephone equipment to buy or maintain, and many new features are coming online, with a continuous development program with our partner MITEL.

Another feature of our service is that we can port your existing telephone number through to FET, after which you will be able to take your existing number and use it anywhere within the UK.

Our Hosted System can add, reduce or move personnel anywhere within your organisation at the click of a mouse, its is that simple.

The only requirement is that all users are linked via a server or CAT5 cabling.

Your system would have a designated controller, who would set up the services allowed on each phone.

Disaster recovery and business continuity are available via a divert facility which can be set up remotely to divert calls to any other number. This facility can be used to divert out of hours calls if required.
